In October 2005 Chevy's opened his doors for business.... "The location sort of chose me" , Chevy said, It was not his first choice for a location, but the location has now turned out to be a perfect one according to Chevy.

 

Chevy's  see's a steady mix of locals, expats, boaters and four seasons guests who frequent his  vibrant establishment to sample his famous rum punch drink called the "Stinger", which challenges the Killer Bee at Sunshine's for rum-drink supremacy on Nevis. Don't forget to try Chevy's other famous drink "The Pink Panty".

Come sample one his many caribbean inspired dishes such as his Nevisian Curry Mutton or great seafood such as Lobster Creole or Coconut shrimp Curry. We serve a full lunch and dinner menu prepared by none other than Chevy himself! Please check out our menu page for more details.

 

Chevy's has an ideal warm island atmosphere, filled with the sweet caribbean music such as Calypso & Reggae. He has beach loungers available for use by his patrons. Wireless internet access, changing room facilities and a shower.

 

One of two popular nights at Chevy's is Sunday's when he hosts his "Reggae Nights" event with live music & a bonfire. Its a great place to unwind and listen to the best of caribbean inspired music. This all starts from 6pm - 12pm.  Happy hour is 6 - 7 where you can get some great cocktails at 2 for 1. Monday's are also a great fun filled night with "Dinner & Karaoke ". It  starts at about 9pm right after dinner. Its a regular fun night and fun is had by all on that attend.
